The greatest opportunity for generational change is in our youth.
Kuppa stems from a long-standing friendship, that has evolved into a collaborative family business. As Kuppa Coffee grows, we hope to make a positive impact and build a community. We're about coffee and family, two of the great things that bring people together.

Cian Caton grew up in a culturally rich household, with Aborignal heritage from her father and Sri Lankan heritage from her mother.
A true free spirit, Cian is curious and unafraid to venture beyond her comfort zone in search of new ideas and experiences. Known for her vibrant energy, idealism and wearing her heart on her sleeve. Cian can’t help but seek out meaningful conversations and connections with people she meets. She is eager to learn about others and hear their story – especially from those that differ from her own.
A seasoned singer and performer, Cian has sung professionally around Australia and is a regular favourite at venues all over Perth. She has always found a way to pursue and express her creativity, whether it is putting on popular events or presenting a weekly radio show on RTRFM.
With her extensive knowledge of the music and entertainment scene, combined with over 10 years of experience in office management, accounts and administration, it was inevitable for Cian to pursue something that would tie all of these skills together.
In her role within Kuppa, Cian hopes to focus her skills to bring the community together, tapping into her vast network to enable more opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, and ultimately, build a meaningful platform for Indigenous voices to be heard.
Currently, Cian is also completing a Bachelor of Media & Communications, majoring in Broadcasting.
